We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and workmanship, who doesn’t sacrifice quality or integrity. We work on both commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities of this job:
- MUST have valid CDL driver’s license and current insurance
- Perform the duties of loading and unloading heavy equipment for travel to and from the job site, which includes moving the equipment itself and safely securing the equipment down to prepare for travel
- Be able to load construction materials on trailers, clean up around the shop, perform regular equipment maintenance
- Must be able to load trucks properly for weight distribution and safe cartage of materials and equipment
- Must know how to properly brace and secure materials and equipment
- Must have knowledge of how to perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Must report truck equipment maintenance and repair needs to Supervisor
- Can safely load and unload materials and equipment from truck and dump truck
- Be punctual
- Highly preferable to have backhoe, skid steer loader and forklift operation experience
Required Work Experience:
- Have at least 3-5 years professional experience in the commercial and industrial construction field
Necessary Skills:
- This individual will also have a multitude of tasks and responsibilities beyond just driving and hauling.
- Self-starter, motivated and ability to be flexible when needed
- A positive attitude
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to follow guidelines, specifications, standards and regulations, and accepted best practices to accomplish job
- Believes in ownership and accountability

This is an active lead position and the lead is expected to work at job-sites alongside fellow employees. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and workmanship, who doesn’t sacrifice quality or integrity. We work on both commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities of this job:
- MUST have valid driver’s license and current insurance
- Perform the duties of preparing for a project each day (make lists of needed tools, materials, etc. at the end of each day and gathering these items before arriving at job-site the next day)
- Ability to delegate and work alongside your team to complete jobs in a professional and efficient manner while not sacrificing workmanship or quality
- Keeping track of the status of your project(s) and reporting daily to your supervisor
- Be punctual
- Inspect materials as they are delivered to ensure that they are not used or damaged prior to installation

- Have at least 3-5 years professional experience in the commercial and industrial construction field

- MUST have valid driver’s license and current insurance
- Must be able to build, erect, install and repair forms, structures, and other fixtures made from wood and other materials
- Must have concrete pouring and forming knowledge
- Must be able to make carpentry repairs on roofs, walls, floors, steps, thresholds, and handrails
- Must be able to take measurements of wood materials to establish suitable dimensions for a finishing project
- Install add-ons such as door knobs, hinges, and handles onto finished surfaces
- Welding experience a plus. Heavy equipment operation knowledge is helpful.
