Opened and dedicated in October, 1999, the 15,000-square-foot Frith Center's primary purpose is to assist existing industries with their employee educational needs and to help attract new industries to the area. The facility offers electronic classrooms, offices, a lecture hall, an exhibit hall, computer labs, the Philpott Manufacturing Center and a small business incubator.
