Last week we made our final settlement with the insurance companies, and it was a fair setlement by all parties. I just want to pass along the compliments made about Frith by our management team, the insurance companies and the consultant we retained to assist in the recovery process. The overall consensus was the professional and efficient manner in which your company completed the construction phase made the entire process go much smoother than normal.

Of course, this came as no surprise to me as I never considered anyone else for our rebuilding effort when the insurance company gave us the go ahead. As high as my expectations were, I can honestly say you exceeded them.
